The Membership Meeting will now be known as the WDMA Annual Membership Meeting and will be held virtually.

This virtual format will allow greater participation from member company leaders across the country. During the Annual Membership Meeting, WDMA will conduct the standard association business members expect, including elections and organizational updates. 

To support this transition, WDMA will utilize OnBoard, its new portal for board and committee engagement, to conduct secure balloting for the election of board members. Each member company will receive one vote, with ballot access provided to the designated primary contact. Balloting may open in advance of the meeting and close on or before the meeting date to maximize participation.
