Ballot -- Technical Interpretation of NAFS regarding Self-Storing Storm window- Summer Mode Testing

Ballot – Technical Interpretation to NAFS-11 and NAFS-08 regarding Self-Storing Storm Product- Summer Mode Testing

Historically, “Summer Mode” testing to NAFS-08 involved opening the self-storing storm window on the storm door and leaving the screen in place. The labs are now saying that the storm door is to be fully open, which renders it effectively absent.

WDMA is balloting a proposed Technical Interpretation to NAFS-11 and NAFS-08, related to summer mode testing of storm windows
