This standard practice encompasses procedures for the installation of windows into walls utilizing foam plastic insulating sheathing (FPIS); and addresses installations for residential and light commercial buildings of not more than three stories above grade plane in height.This draft contains revisions, highlighted in red, resulting from balloting of the third draft.
WDMA is developing this document in cooperation with FMA and AAMA, and all three organizations are balloting this item simultaneously. Even if you plan to submit a ballot to either of the other two organizations, please submit your ballot to WDMA as well, so that we can achieve the appropriate number of consensus responses.
